何赞麟自小在马六甲接受音乐教育，曾在梅广文，吴燕屏， Melvin Wells及钟开鹏讲师的指导下修读教会音乐。随师叶玲琦讲师主修钢琴朱起英讲师副修声乐及李忠民讲师修读指挥学。他获得了圣乐学士学位及三一学院的ATCL钢琴演奏文凭。在就读学院期间，他曾担任新加坡神学院手玲队的副指挥，恩典浸信会指挥，新山和平长老会指挥，新山圣歌团的伴奏及指挥营的导师。参与新加坡神学院圣乐系的圣歌团，圣咏团及到香港，台湾，新加坡，印尼及马来西亚等地方演出。目前，他正继续完成新加坡神学院的文学硕士课程，并参与马六甲播道会生命堂牧养及麻坡启智书报社合唱团指挥。
Mr. Ho Tsan Lin grew up in Malacca and started music education since young. He received tutelage from Dr. and Mrs. Cainan Mui, Mdm. Ng Yin Pin, Dr. Melvin Wells and Mr. Peter Chung in the area of Church Music. He also studied piano and conducting under the guidance of Ms. Lanny Yap and Rev. Lee Chong Min and vocal music under Mdm Ju Qi Ying respectively. He obtained both Bachelor of Church Music and ATCL Diploma certificate of Trinity. During his study in Singapore Bible College, he was the assistant conductor of the SBC Hand bells Choir, the accompanist of Johor Bahru Chorale, the conductor in Singapore Grace Baptist Church and Johor Bahru's Peace Presbyterian Church and the mentor for the conducting camp. He represented SBC in Hand bells choir, Singapore Bible College Choral and Singers to perform across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Currently, he is completing his Theology study for the SBC Master of Arts and is serving as the conductor and pastor of Malacca Life Church and Chee Tze Soo Pau Tse Muar Choir.
